What can the doctor do for me?

The doctor will evaluate your feet, check for any other issues such as Athlete’s foot or circulation issues. He may take a culture of the nails to determine what type of fungus you have and how best to treat you. He will then discuss with you the best way to treat your nails. He may prescribe an anti-fungal medication. The most important thing to remember is to call for an appointment for the doctor to see how best to treat you and make YOU more comfortable!
